Five generations of one family, one bakery.
Since 1902, the Hall family has been baking in Gloucestershire. What started as John and Edward Hall delivering fresh loaves door-to-door around Minchinhampton is now a 5th-generation bakery in Stroud — five shops, ten delivery vans, over sixty local professionals, and the same insistence on quality local ingredients that we started with.
